Send a Customer Feedback Report.

Owlvex is in beta. Active Owlvex Pro subscribers can send one eligible Customer Feedback Report per Owlvex software version, covering issues, report quality, evidence guidance, pricing, buying objections, and product direction.

Paid Feedback Programme

This is paid feedback, not a refund.

Accepted submissions may be paid as a customer feedback contribution, capped at £60. Owlvex Pro remains a paid subscription.

Who can submit?

Active Owlvex Pro subscribers. One accepted paid feedback contribution is available per subscriber, per Owlvex software version.

What qualifies?

Specific, useful feedback from real product use. A qualifying report should include substantial answers in at least three sections.

What is excluded?

Vague, duplicate, copied, fabricated, automated, abusive, or unverifiable submissions do not qualify.

Important boundaries

This programme is not a refund, rebate, discount, subscription credit, bug bounty, security bounty, or automatic payment scheme. CooperBox reviews submissions manually and confirms whether they qualify.

Security-sensitive reports may be handled separately. Do not include passwords, API keys, secrets, private customer data, sensitive source code, or private repository exports.

CooperBox may use submitted feedback internally to improve Owlvex. CooperBox will not publicly quote your feedback, name, company, repository, or project without permission.
